Store Credit or Exchange Policy

Please understand that we are a small, local business. We try to continually bring newness into our store daily. We try to bring a quality of different products, rather than a large quantity of same product. Because of this our turnover is around 14 days. All items accompanied by their original receipt, that are unused, unworn, in original condition, and free from stains and smells are available for exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase. No refunds will be permitted. Unfortunately, after 14 days, we are not able to accept the return. All sale items, discounted items, charm bar, bath and body, fragrances, and swim are all final sale. 

Returns can be made in store or by mail. All returns are for store credit which can be used online, and the credit does not expire.
